Shipping / Returns Policies

We generally try to have your package packed and out the door within 1 business day. However, during the summer, we ship with ice packs and insulated packages. Because of that, during the months of April to October, we will only ship on Mondays through to Wednesdays. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will go out on Monday. This way we know our candles aren’t sitting in hot mail trucks or package warehouses over the weekend and our ice packs have a chance to keep your candles cool until they reach you.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted. We will replace items if they are damaged in transit. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please e-mail with clear pictures of the damage/defect as well as the packaging as soon as it is received. (The pictures are important as they will help me to get compensation from the shipping carrier for goods damaged in transit!)
