Shipping / Returns Policies

We generally try to have your package packed and out the door within 1 business day. If we cannot honor this promise for whatever reason, we will let you know ASAP!

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted. We will replace items if they are damaged in transit. If you have received a defective or damaged item, please e-mail with clear pictures of the damage/defect as well as the packaging as soon as it is received. (The pictures are important as they will help me to get compensation from the shipping carrier for goods damaged in transit!)
